My favorite property in Fiumicino. Super base for a 1-night stay. Plenty of options for breakfast including milk, croissants, and appetizers. Location near the beach and shops, Fiumicino and the train station. Also, near airport.

The triple room overlooks city and includes tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator. The location is favourable, short walk to the beach and shops, the terminal, and airport - couldn't be better.

The vibe was super chill and perfect for us teenagers. We had a blast exploring the nearby beaches and partying the night away in Fiumicino. The location was on point and we felt like we were in the heart of all the action. It was definitely a vacation to remember!

The only thing we wished for was a more happening common area where we could hang out and meet other young party-goers like ourselves. Don't get us wrong, the place was great, but a cool lounge or bar where we could socialize would have taken our experience to another level.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The location was perfect, as it was near the train station and we could easily get to and from the airport. The house was very clean and well-equipped with automated blinds and AC in the room. The staff was friendly and gave us clear instructions on how to get there, making communication great. We enjoyed a welcome drink on arrival and were pleasantly surprised with an Italian breakfast prepared for us. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and location near the train station made our stay convenient and enjoyable.
